At Lotus Beauty, we stand behind the quality, safety, and performance of our beauty and personal care products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a clear, fair, and transparent return process.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and inserts. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for all returns.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@lotusbeauty.com. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly and fairly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return: sale or discounted items, gift cards, hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened or used, custom or personalized products, and hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before submitting a request.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order following the return process. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any reason. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may take up to 10 business days after approval. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at merdojr428@icloud.com.
